We can hold and retain the relevant import business licenses, product registrations/licenses and K-GMP certificates on behalf of our clients, as required under the local laws and regulations. Our clients can drastically save time necessary to enter the Korean market before establishing its own entity in Korea, by utilizing our license holding service.
We provide detailed service on certificate holding as follows:
- Hold and retain import business license, product licenses, as well as K-GMP certifications for the client’s products;
- Transfer the relevant certifications in the future if and when the client decides to establish its own Korean entity;
- Full compliance in import procedure of medical devices; from expected advance reporting to import declarations of products with customs;
- Ensure compliance with product specifications and import procedure/management standards for the client’s product;
- Retain inventory/inspection/distribution of client’s product in the Korean market;
- Ensure compliance in re-assessment, renewal, recall tasks needed for the client’s product;
- Conduct the necessary tasks to reflect changes in the product licenses and KGMP certification if needed.
